l live in the state of Kentucky and l was wondering can l lose my home and car over unpaid medical bills or if the can garnish his wages? My husband was injured badly a year ago in a car accident and the medical bills were so high that we would be probably paying on them until we are old. l was also wondering how long it would take to make them disappear off of his credit.

well l doubt that you wouldlose your house or car but ya it may get to a point where u cant pay for them.

it wont dissappear from credit until its paid off but you wont lose you home they will have collection angenies call and theaten all kinds of things but they cant take away you possessions unless you put them up for collatorail.
