Take it to a Bank and ask them 'is this a fake ?'
( l can already tell you the answer == 'yes')

Sounds like a scam to me. There are lots of these going around. By the way, your bank wo not know if it is a fake until it clears or fails to clear. This could take a week or two - so if you deposit the draft, DO NOT spend the money until you KNOW it is good or you will owe the bank.
