I am renting a room in a 3 bedroom house. A total of 3 person living in this house. We use electricity for fridge, fan heaters, washing machine etc. The bill for July-Oct is $700. l used to stay in on-campus accommodation, and therefore have never pay electricity bills before this. So is this normal or way too high?
