hi, l have no idea what things cost because l am about to start living on my own. my house payment each month will be $1,200 and l think these are the only bills ( if l am forgetting one please let me know :- ) water, electric, gas, cell phone, cable- a nice package-, internet, and average grocery cost.

I am just trying to get a basic idea. the people that we be living in the house are...me- 18yrs. female, my fiance-21yrs. male, and we are allow my best friend to also move in with us-18yrs. female.

the best way to ruin ur friendship is to have ur girlfriend move in with u & ur boyfriend
i would reconsider ur move
if one person leaves u r SOL & stuck with the bill
just make sure u do not put anything in ur name
you would be surprised how much ur grocery bill is going to be
plus do not forget about femme products & makeup & clothes & other nice things u may be used to
i would stay at home & save my money longer before leaving home
unless u have no other choice

You should also be setting aside money for savings. In case of emergencies u will have something set aside. Possibly medical insurance & transportation costs. l agree with the post above about it being around $800. However, if ur b/f & friend will be living there u will be splitting most of those costs. Minus cell phone, & possible groceries. If u have money left over after all that, then u have spending money. Also, l do not know if u have it available but check around & see if there r any financial advisors that will help u with ur budget.

You should rent a one bedroom apartment for around $800.00, that may include a bill or two, u forgot water. if u get an apartment for $800.00 u can probably use the other $400.00 from the $1200.00 house to pay most of ur bills. do u have a car note, insurance? credit cards? student loans? p.s. letting friends move in is a huge mistake, first of all THEY NEVER PAY & there is a new law even if she is not paying u can not evict her, l know she will pay, u wo not find her in bed with ur boyfriend, yotta, yotta, yotta mark my words DO NOT LET FRIENDS MOVE IN!!
