l dont have the pin number to my debit card, l think my parents have it. so now l wanna change it?

should l go down the bank and personally ask for a new card and pin to send in the post? do l need a new card as well?
or can l just phone them and ask to send me a new pin?

You will probably have to go down to the back in person to change it, but some banks will allow you to do it over the phone if you verify the correct information. You should not need a new card.

l lost my pin number so l went to the bank who said they'd arrange for another pin to sent to me within a week. it is really not that hard to do, sometimes you may need i.d. with an image of you on it.

you need to go to the bank/financial institution and show your i.d. and then and only then they will gladly give you either your old or a new pin #.

You need to call the bank, and show them prove that you have a debit card and a valid account with them. Then, they will give you your PIN number. l hope everything turns out okay. You wo not need a new card and you'd probably have to physically go into the bank. Although you might be able to get it over the phone, l am not quite sure on that part. Wish you the best!

l changed mine by going to the hole in the wall and doing it there and then just press a few buttons done
