im am 13 l do chores (raking, shoveling, mowing the lawn, cleaning, picking up dog.......yeah and etc) but no allowance...........l HELP ALOT l GET GOOD GRADES!!! Try to do more of those things for the neighbors and raise your rates, keep asking others how you can get some money, but remember that money is not everything.

Yeah, l know that. l am 14, I'd say try negotiating with your parents. Make a deal with them like, for all the chores you do you get like, $10 bucks a week or something. OR say that you want to buy something, and offer chores in turn for the thing you wanna buy.

Talk to your parents about it.

Ask if you can get money doing some of those things for other people in the area. Many busy people with small kids, or seniors will pay to have the leaves raked or snow shoveled etc.

ask neighbors if u can mow their lawn for money..recycle ur cans and get money for that..help clean houses..stuff like that.

You said you do chores but get no allowance so l am assuming you mean at your house. What about asking your neighbors to hire you to do the same chores at their house? Many people will pay you to rake or mow their yard or do other chores that either they do not have the time to do or have difficulty doing.

do all those chores for ur neighbors. n tell them u charge. try a low pay.. first. then the more u work 4 or the harder work they make u do, charge more. be nice.. but remember money does not give u happiness. well maybe for like a little while, but then it ends n when it does, u feel miserable. anyways, also remember life is not how much materials or cool gadgets u have..plus the people that have iphones r spoiled brats. trust me, l bet they probably would not even care if they lost that damn thing.. but lets not judge. ;]

and buy snickers or some other candy bar.
50 bucks will get you about 46 candy bars so you will have exactly $3.27 left
with the candy sell each one at school for $1.50-$2.00

When l was 13 l did chores & l babysat for my own money. I've rarely asked my parents for money since then, & when l did l paid it back. Your parents job is to ensure that u have a roof over ur head, ur fed, clothes on ur back & that u turn out to be a responsible young lady. It is not their job to make sure that u have an ipod & cell phone. Nowhere else would u get ''free money'' why should ur parents give it to you? They sure as hell have to work for it.
Babysit, mow lawns, get a paper route & get the stuff yourself.
